Finished!

Got this finished last week, but forgot to post it! The completed image is acrylic gouache, about 10.5" x 9.5". I wish I had used better paper - next time. I felt sorely out of practice, but I was so pleased to experience again that tactile hand to surface experience of using a brush on paper. It is a far more nuanced experience than working digitally and you are faced with your mistakes - which, for the most part, you cannot undue, but can sometimes make work as a different direction than what you first imagined. I can't wait to create another paint and paper image!
